With over a decade of experience in Pilates and Barre since 2013. I am a Nationally Certified Pilates Instructor, Balanced Body Barre Instructor and a 3rd Generation Pilates teacher who trained under Lolita San Miguel and directly under 2nd generation instructor Katrina Foe. This has allowed me to bring a deep understanding of alignment, form, and functional movement to every client and session.

My goal is to help clients work hard, move better, and live pain-free — whether they are professional athletes, navigating pregnancy, recovering from injury or surgery, managing scoliosis, or simply seeking a stronger, more balanced body.

I specialize in working with a wide range of clients, from elite performers to those in post-rehab recovery, tailoring each session to meet individual needs and goals. I am passionate about helping each person discover how Pilates can empower them to move through life with strength, confidence, and greater ease.
